Can I order less than the Minimum Order Quantity?

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 units (pcs) for sleeves and 500 units (pcs) for badge holders. For smaller quantities, please contact sales@thistleinc.com for a custom quote.

What file format does artwork need to be in?

Artwork needs to be in Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) file format.

Can you match my custom logo colors?

Yes, we can color match PMS colors for a minimal fee.

Will I get a proof for custom artwork before it is printed?

Yes, an electronic proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

Do you have a standard lead time?

Lead times may vary by product and quantity. Please call our office for specific lead times.

Do you offer Rush orders?

Yes. Please call our office to confirm availability.

Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns for stock items with a 20% re-stocking fee, however, returns for custom orders will not be accepted.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept COD, money order, checks and all major credit cards including government charge cards, and GSA Smart Pay (P-Cards). All payments made with credit are subject to credit application approval.

Do You Export?

Yes, Thistle exports its products worldwide. Shipping rates and limitations are determined by our preferred carriers DHL, FedEx and UPS.
